Services Performed
- Found codes: P0011 – Camshaft Position Performance P0521 – Engine Oil Pressure Sensor Performance P0335 – Crankshaft Position Sensor Circuit P0336 – Crankshaft Position Sensor Performance C0561 – System Disabled Information Stored Invalid Serial Data Received Recommend "to start with" replacing the Crankshaft Position Sensor and then see how the Vehicle operates. Customer advised and approved.
- Tested the Vehicles Battery, Starter, and Alternator. Vehicles Battery and Alternator have PASSED the AVR Test at this time. Vehicles Starter is recommended to be replaced (excessively dragging, slow to start Vehicle). Recommend replacing Vehicles Starter ASAP. Customer advised and approved.
- Tested the Vehicles Oil Pressure Sensor in Dashboard. When the Engine is first started, the Engine Oil Pressure goes up to 20 P.S.I. Then the longer the Engine "runs", the lower the Engine Oil Pressure gets (down to 3 P.S.I., not good at all). Because the Engine Oil Pressure rises with raised RPMs, we would recommend "to start with" changing the Engine Oil and associated Oil Filter. Customer advised and approved.
- Removed and replaced Engine Crankshaft Position Sensor. Calibrated to Engine. RPM Gauge now works properly. Tested, OK at this time.
- Removed and replaced Engine Starter Assembly. Tested, OK at this time.
- Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter. Lubricate chassis (where applicable). Check all fluid levels and tire pressures.
