Tested the Vehicles Battery, Starter and Alternator Systems. Found that the Vehicles Battery and Starter have currently PASSED the AVR Test. Found that the Vehicles Alternator has currently FAILED the AVR Test. Recommend replacing the vehicles Alternator Assembly. Customer advised and approved.
Removed and replaced Alternator Assembly. Tested, OK at this time.

Recovered "0" lbs Freon from the A/C System. Vacuumed and Machine Leak Tested A/C System. At this time the Vehicle has PASSED the Large Leak Test with no signs of a visible leak at this time. Added 1.23 lbs Freon back to the A/C System. At this time the Vehicles A/C System is working properly. There is a small Freon Leak somewhere (Vehicle came in "empty"). If there are any further concerns with a Freon Leak we would recommend taking the Vehicle to the Dealership at that time. Customer advised.

Rotate Tires….Inspect Brakes….Set Tire Pressures
Performed NC State Inspection per NC-DMV guidelines.
Checked for the stated recommendation. Found the Rear Brakes in between 1/3 and 1/2 Brake Pad Thickness left (good at this time). Found the Front Brakes to be a little more than 1/4 Brake Pad Thickness left (getting close). Recommend replacing the Front Brake Pads and Machining BOTH Front Brake Rotors at the next Engine Oil Change. If the way the Vehicle preforms during Braking please let the Shop know ASAP. Safe to drive at this time. Customer advised.
