    • Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter. Lubricate chassis (where applicable). Check all fluid levels and tire pressures.
    • Found the Rear Brake Pads and Rotors in need of replacement (cause of noise). Customer said that they have recently replaced the Front Brake Pads and that is likely the cause of the Brake Wear Indicator Light on in the Dash. Customer advised.
    • Removed and replaced Rear Brake Pads and BOTH Rear Brake Rotors. Tested, OK.

    • DIAGNOSED THE SEATBELT CONCERN. FOUND THE SEAT BELT WRAPPED AROUND THE HEAD REST. REMOVED THE HEAD REST ASSEMBLY AND RETRACTED THE SEATBELT BACK INTO THE SEATBELT ASSEMBLY. REATTACHED THE HEAD REST BACK ON TO THE SEAT. TESTED, OK.
