Recovered 1lb 8oz Freon. Vacuumed and Machine Leak Tested A/C System. Vehicle Passed Large Leak Test. Added 1lb 10 oz Freon to A/C System. Did not see any visible leaks at this time. Customer advised.
Checked and adjusted Vehicle's alignment. Test drove, OK.

Found code: B1481 – Driver Airbag Resistance too high – Possible Faulty "Clock Spring". All Fuses related to the Cruise Control are good. There's no signal coming from the Steering Wheel with the Key on. The Cruise Control Signal runs through the Clock Spring wiring. Would recommend preforming the Recall first and then seeing if it also fixes the Cruise Control concern as well.
Checked all Tire P.S.I. and found the Right Rear Tire to be low. Found a Nail in said tire. Recommend plugging the Right Rear Tire and adjusting the Tire P.S.I.
PLUG TIRE (.2) Right Rear
Checked and adjusted Vehicle's Alignment. Test drove, OK.
Recommend a Brake Fluid Flush (dirty) & Power Steering Flush (dirty). Recommend replacing the Front Bake Pads and Cutting the Front Rotors (almost at the "Squeal Tabs"). Customer advised.
Includes: Repacking the front wheel bearings where applicable.

Found the Left and Right Front Brakes to be locking up. Further Diag of said concern found the Brake Master Cylinder not allowing Brake Fluid to flow in both forward and reverse directions (applying pressure but, not releasing pressure). When the Hard Brake Line for the Front Brakes was removed from the Master Cylinder no fluid flowed from the open Brake Fluid port on the side of the Master Cylinder. Customer stated that the Brake Master Cylinder had recently been replaced. Recommend taking the Brake concern back to where the Master Cylinder was installed for replacement.

Found the Right Front Brake Assembly to be missing a Brake Caliper Bracket Bolt. Recommend replacing both bolts ASAP. Customer advised.
Installed 2 NEW Brake Caliper Bracket Bolts (Had to re thread bracket bolt threads for Caliper Bracket). Tightened Driver's and Passenger Front Brake Caliper Bolts on both sides. Test drove, OK.
Recommend replacing Right Front Wheel ASAP.
