    • Recovered 2.7 lbs Freon from A/C System. Vacuumed and Machine Leak Tested A/C System. A/C System has passed Large Leak Test at this time. No visible leaks are detected at this time. Added 1.6 lbs Freon and 0.3 oz PAG Oil back to A/C System. Tested, OK at this time.
    • Removed and replaced A/C Compressor Assembly. Tested, OK.
    • Removed and replaced Receiver Drier Assembly. Tested, OK.
    • Removed and replaced Fi
    • Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter. Lubricate chassis (where applicable). Check all fluid levels and tire pressures.
    • Rotate Tires….Inspect Brakes….Set Tire Pressures

    • Found the Fuel Pump to be faulty (not working, 0 Fuel Pressure on Scan Tool Diagnostic Equipment). Smacked the Fuel Tank and the Fuel Pump starting working again. Recommend replacing the Fuel Pump Assembly ASAP. Customer advised.
    • Removed and replaced Fuel Pump Assembly. Tested, OK.
    • Found Coolant dripping from the Engine area. Pressure tested the Coolant System to find the Water Pump Assembly leaking (faulty) and the Coolant Level to be really LOW. Recommend replacing the Water Pump Assembly and ALL associated parts ASAP. Customer advised.
    • Removed and replace the Water Pump Assembly. Tested, OK.
    • Found the Right Front Tie Rod and Linkage Assembly to be worn out (faulty, unsafe). Recommend replacing the Right Front Tie Rod and ALL associated parts ASAP. Customer advised.
    • Removed and replaced the Right Front Tie Rod and associated parts. Tested, OK.
    • Checked and adjusted Vehicle Alignment. Test drove, OK.
    • Removed and replaced Steering Damper. Test drove, OK.

    • Vehicle looks good and to be in Proper working order. No recommendations at this time. Found the Engine Oil to be 1 & 1/2 quarts low. Recommend adding correct amount of oil. Customer advised.
    • Recovered 1lb 8oz Freon. Vacuumed and Machine Leak Tested A/C System. Vehicle Passed Large Leak Test. Added 1lb 10 oz Freon to A/C System. Did not see any visible leaks at this time. Customer advised.
    • Checked and adjusted Vehicle's alignment. Test drove, OK.
